Beauty Tips For Ladies In Their 30s

At age 30, your needs change and its hard to know what to keep or let go from your 20s beauty regime. If you want some professional advice, keep reading.

  1. Face: plan on spending 10minutes wearing makeup instead of the 5minutes you used when you were in your twenties. Invest in a good primer, it will make your makeup go on smoothly during application and it will even allow your make up last longer. A good example will be M.A.C prep+ prime.
  2. Eyes: focus more on your eyes and less on your lips. Work on thickening your lashes either with volume- boosting mascara or false lashes. Again, start using an eye-cream if you haven't started already...Its a great pay-off, trust me.
  3. Eye Brows: you must pay good attention to your eyebrows, ensuring they are well-groomed either by plucking, waxing, threading etc. You can really make a bold fashion statement with well-groomed eyebrows.
  4. SPF(sun protecting factor): this is very crucial. Please find a moisturizer that includes SPF and wear it every day come rain or shine. Just as the name suggests, It will protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun
  5. Exfoliate and moisturize: To exfoliate is a very important regime in your 30s.it will help take off dead skin cells and dullness from the surface of the skin. If you use an exfoliating scrub, ensure that the exfoliator in it isn't too gritty. Also, use a moisturizer day and night to keep your skin soft and supple always.
  6. wax: You might need to include waxing your face at this stage of your life because for some women, facial hairs start to appear on parts of their face like the upper lip, chin, cheeks. The bad thing about this is that makeup sticks to facial hairs and makes it more noticeable which  you would agree with me isn't pleasant. So for  those of you that fall in this category, consider getting rid of it.
  7. Eating right and exercising: these two will keep you more youthful more than just about anything else that you can do. So do it!
