Dos for a beautiful and flawless pout.                                            

 

1. Always start with clean lips: exfoliate any dry lips by lightly rubbing them with a damp wash cloth or wet toothbrush. 

                

2. Know the formula that works best for you: matte formulas are long lasting but may dry out your lips; creamy formulas are hydrating but may not last as long. longwearing formulas are longer lasting...Experiment!       

                      

3. To intensify a colour, wear a same shade lip pencil liner: this will make the lipstick more opaque and closer to the colour in the tube.                                   

4. Always use a lip brush: if you don't have one, invest in a good one. as not only will the application be neater, but the lipstick will last longer.  

                                         

5. Blot the proper way: blot in between applications by gently pressing a tissue to your lips. Don't put the tissue in between your lips and press down because that will make your lipstick wear-off unevenly. 

6. Avoid getting lipstick stains on your teeth: put your index finger or thumb in your mouth and gently close your lips around it then pull out your finger. this will take out the excess lipstick that could end up staining your teeth. 

                             

7. A dab of highlighter on your cupid's bow: This will draw attention to that pretty part of your mouth anytime!
